What to Expect

The Monthly Day Retreat is a full day of stillness, community and Dhamma — held on the last Sunday of every month at Maryland Buddhist Vihara.

Whether you are new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this is a welcoming space to deepen your practice and connect with the sangha.

All are warmly welcome. Food and beverages are provided.
Just come and sit!

White is worn as a mark of purity — come as you are if you don't have any.
